ABOVE THE LINE THINKING
A secret to success is the way we approach our thinking. Many people do not spend time contemplating the way they think. There are two types of thinking we can use to approach all areas and situations in life. These can be called “above the line” and “below the line” thinking.

ARE ADDICTIONS SABOTAGING YOUR RELATIONSHIP?
“Addiction” is a word used a lot in everyday conversation. People use it to describe a range of behaviours from the obviously very harmful - like heroin dependence - to the much less harmful, like a coffee “addict” who feels they can’t operate without their morning “hit” of caffeine. Fundamentally, an addiction causes you problems. It is when you have a compulsion to do something, despite adverse consequences.

EMOTIONAL INTIMACY
Emotional intimacy is accepting, loving and being friendly with our internal experience. It is about connecting with our body, experiencing and loving all of us. Emotional intimacy is about turning towards ourselves instead of turning away, and really experiencing ourselves. Connecting with all of ourselves. It’s about reconnecting with our intuition and the messages our body gives us.

BLINDSIDED BY BETRAYAL - FROM SURVIVING TO THRIVING
Have you been blindsided by betrayal? Devastated by deceit? Are you tortured by distrust? Does it feel like your whole world is crumbling and you don’t know who to turn to, who to trust or what to do next?

OVERCOMING FEAR
A certain level of fear is natural and normal, and can even be healthy. If you never feel fear, it might mean you are too comfortable and not growing, not reaching your potential. Fear will never go away, as long as we continue to grow. It’s not wrong or shameful to feel some fear. As we’ve seen above, our caveman brain is highly attuned to threats, and our brain uses fear to try to keep us safe (even when there’s no actual danger).

KNOW WHAT YOU WANT IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP
To be successful in life we need to look around at the most successful people and see what they are doing, or get expert advice to help us achieve the success we want. Tony Robbins says success leaves clues. We need to examine the steps taken by someone outstanding and apply them to our own lives.
